📌 Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours or once the order has been processed or dispatched.

📌 How to Cancel an Order

• Go to the ‘My Orders’ section in your account dashboard and select the order to cancel.
• If the cancel option is unavailable, the order has already been processed or shipped.
• Or contact support at support@falcongardentools.com or your official contact number within 24 hours.

📌 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time:
• → Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations after 24 hours or for dispatched orders.

📌 Exceptions

• Customized or special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

📌 Important Note

Falcon Garden Tools reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen issues such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or logistics limitations. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.
