  • Product delivered is different from the order.
  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused with original packaging, invoice, and accessories.

Important: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible.

  • Request will be approved or rejected based on evaluation.

Note: Requests without valid proof or reason may be rejected.
