At Falcon Garden Tools, we ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free replacement process.
π Eligibility for Replacement
- Product received is defective, damaged, or broken.
- Product delivered is different from the order.
- Request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused with original packaging, invoice, and accessories.
Important: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible.
π How to Request a Replacement
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Orders / Order History.
- Select the product you want to replace.
- Click on Request Replacement.
- Fill the form:
- Reason for replacement
- Upload images/video proof
- Additional comments (optional)
- Submit the request.
π Approval Process
- Our team will review your request and submitted details.
- Request will be approved or rejected based on evaluation.
- You will be notified via email/SMS within 24–48 hours.
Note: Requests without valid proof or reason may be rejected.
π Replacement Process
- Replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.
- Old product will be picked up or collected during delivery.
- If the product is unavailable, an alternative or refund will be offered.
π Non-Replaceable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
- Items without original packaging, invoice, or missing parts.
- Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items.
π Important Note
Falcon Garden Tools reserves the right to refuse a replacement request if it does not meet eligibility criteria or if the product is unavailable in stock.
