  • Product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and returned with original packaging, invoice, manuals, and accessories.

Note: Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Orders / Order History.
  3. Select the order you want to return.
  4. Click Raise Return Request.
  5. Fill details:
    • Reason for return
    • Upload images/video (if required)
    • Additional comments
  6. Submit the request.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and notify you via email/SMS.

  • Returned product will be inspected after reaching our facility.
  • After approval:
    • Prepaid Orders: Refund within 7–10 working days.
    • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.
