We stand behind the quality of our tools. If a tool doesn’t meet our high standards, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Tools can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Used tools cannot be returned unless they exhibit a manufacturing defect.

2. Defective Items

If you receive a tool with a manufacturing defect, please report it within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment.
