At Falcon Garden Tools, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reasonable limits.
π Eligibility for Returns
- Product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and returned with original packaging, invoice, manuals, and accessories.
Note: Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
π How to Raise a Return Request
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Orders / Order History.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Click Raise Return Request.
- Fill details:
- Reason for return
- Upload images/video (if required)
- Additional comments
- Submit the request.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and notify you via email/SMS.

π Refund Process
- Returned product will be inspected after reaching our facility.
- After approval:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund within 7–10 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
π Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Items without original packaging or invoice.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective).
π Important Note
Falcon Garden Tools reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. In case of disputes, the company’s decision will be final and binding.
