To request a repair, please visit our Repair Request page and fill out the form with product details, issue description, and proof of purchase.
Our service team will review your request and get back to you within 1–3 working days with the next steps.
π When Repair Services Apply
- Products covered under warranty (if applicable).
- Eligible and repairable Falcon products.
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID required).
- All repair requests are subject to inspection and approval.
π Repair Request Review & Approval
- Our team will review your repair request.
- Based on evaluation:
- Approved: Pickup or drop-off instructions will be shared.
- Not Eligible: Repair estimate or replacement suggestion will be provided.
π Repair Charges
- Warranty Repairs: Free for covered issues.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Chargeable after inspection and cost approval.
π Important Notes
- Not all products are eligible for repair.
- Only products purchased from FalconGardenTools.com are eligible.
- Falcon may refuse repair if:
- Product is damaged beyond repair.
- Customer declines repair charges.
- Spare parts are unavailable or product is discontinued.
